I am Reiki 1 & 2 certified, and use this to help you release any energy stuck in the body. I use Chakra Crystals, placed on each Chakra of the body, to help open up energy flow by strengthening and aligning the energy put out by each Chakra. The Crystals naturally balance the Chakra’s energy as each Crystal I’ve chosen is supportive of each Chakra I use the Crystal for. After the Crystals are in place, I place my hands over your body to feel your energy and tap into the places you may need the Reiki energy to open up the flow.
